We care for our customer's result, and we also care for our skilled printers, therefore we maintain and update our screenprinting and press equipment regularly. We use high quality industry standard inks, and prepreparation emulsions. We prefer to use Russian-made where possible, in order to support our local industry, and its development in quality.
Plotter
GRAPHTEC ce6000 series from the Japanese based Graphtec company, which has a high level of accuracy. Increased knife pressure makes it possible to cut non-standard decorative films, such as 3D brick, flock, glitter, and reflective film.
Presses
For heat pressing we use 3 different presses for 3 different jobs. The Mem TQ4050 2-plate press is specially designed for DTF printing. The pneumatic system that provides uniform and stable pressure throughout the process of fixing the image on the material. This ensures high print quality and durability of the image.
A second duel-plate Mem TQ4050 we use for continuous work on large-scale orders. Its ideal due to its uniform heating of the entire working surface and clamping force, and electronic temperature and time control. Transfers images to all textiles we work with, as well as wood, ceramics, plastic, metal, and leather.
For small scale images we use the Insta HTP138 heat press. This ручной мини пресс is designed and fast continuous printing and small orders.
Carousels
Our carousels Printex MAN 6*6 and Printex MAN 8*8 work 7 days per week. Both carousels have a screen lock system ensuring greater accuracy with each print strock. Our printers themselves adjust, clean and maintain the carousels according to each print job.
Tunnels
M&R economax D and Трин-микс 2000 tunnels support our silkscreen printing processes for the correct final curing of inks.
DTF
We print T-shirts on site with the AUDLEY ZX 6002 DTF printer, which has an additional shaker dryer with advantages in full force. The printer uses a special film and powder glue. Printing begins with the image being applied by the print head to a film, after which it is covered with a layer of glue. Then the image is heated, the glue polymerizes, and a thin and uniform layer is formed on the image. The image is transferred to the product by heat press.
The shaker is designed for vibration fixation of the powder onto the surface of the film. This creates a uniform coating and ensuring the stability of the drying process. This also allows us to obtain results of excellent quality.
The print quality comparable to textile pigment inks. As they are heat-pressed onto the garment give a smooth quality to the image surface.
The printer is designed for printing on various materials, and aside from printing on T-shirts, and other jersey or fleece products, it is also suitable for sportswear, backpacks, tags, labels, souvenirs and hats. It can also apply images to natural and synthetic leather, PVC and any other materials that can withstand temperatures of 120-160 degrees without deforming.
