GENERAL PAYMENTS
We accept payments from all Russian banks. Accepted methods are debit/credit card MIR, fast payment system (SBP), Cash and bank transfer. We also accept corporate bank cards, and can provide a sale receipt on request, containing your companies INN.
PAYMENT LINK | REMOTE PAYMENTS
We process all remote payments through the YOOKASSA payment system. When you make your order, a payment link will be set to you, and from there you will be automatically redirected to the YOOKASSA payment portal. It is important to follow all instructions on the screen to complete your payment. We receive a notification when the payment is completed. YOOKASSA guarantees client protection, payment security, encryption and fraud protection through an SSL protocol.
Payment via payment link accepted methods are debit/credit card, SberClick, fast payment system (SBP) and Yoomoney wallet. YOOKASSA accepts payments from all Russian banks and all corporate cards.
DELIVERY
We ship to all locations in Russian and CIS countries, with the following methods of delivery. Calculation of shipping costs and delivery lead time depends on how accurate the information when making your order, as well as the location you require.

You can chose from any CDEK or RUSSIAN POST pick up points, in any Russian or CIS location.
COURIER
We use both CDEK and RUSSIAN POST door to door couriers. Choice depends on location, price, and delivery lead time. With CDEK, you may request a specific delivery day and time, as well as control the delivery yourself via the app.
YANDEX COURIER
Some of our Saint-Petersburg clients prefer to organise their own delivery via Yandex Courier. When doing so please enter our telephone nr.:

We will be able to monitor the progress in the Yandex app, to ensure the delivery is successful.
EXPRESS COURIER
For fast shipment or over-night deliveries we use ExpressRu. It is important to tell us in advance which delivery day you require, and if also necessary, which time of the day.

QUESTIONS
1 - How long does it take to process my order?
Usually, the order is processed within 24 hours. The goods will be delivered within 10 days depending on your location.
2 - Do you deliver to other countries?
At this time we do not have international shipping outside of CIS and BRICS countries.
3 - I would like to order a gift, can I use a different address for delivery and payment?
When placing an order, you can provide us with two addresses – one for the invoice and the other for delivery. Both addrresses will be stored in youur customer account for the future.
4 - Are the brands you sell authentic?
Our base product is authentic and carries its original trademarks. We are the official distributor of Stanley/Stella, Continental and EarthPositive®. All products we sell from our company OOO Amarant which have Chestny Znak markings will be properly transferred to you according to the trade laws of the Russian Federation.
5 - How do I return a product?
We process returns according to the laws of the Russian Federation. Please consult us regarding items requiring returns.
6 - Can I also receive my order in recyclable or already recycled packaging?
All of our items are shipped in recycled or recyclable packaging where possible. We have a full selection of packets, cards and flyers made from recycled materials, undyed craft, or recyclable plastics. We are very glad you also agree to make our world a little better!
7 - Do you have a wholesale price list?
Yes. We have retail, wholesale and partner pricing, depending on volume. All our products are available for distribution and resell. Please contact us directly for price quotes and confirmations.
